Your Pick Up and Departure Point

After exiting the ship, walk up the dock and proceed ashore to the Adventure Center & exit out Door #2. Or if at the Wilderness Dock take the green Transporter. Follow the path and signs to the Excursion Hub. Make sure you go with Icy Strait Whale Adventures, your Guide will be holding a sign that says “Icy Strait Whale Adventures” and will be waiting for you half an hour before your tour time. Please plan to get off your cruise ship in good time so that you can be at the meet point half an hour before your tour departs. It can be a 10 minute walk (along the dock, through the building and down the path) from the time you step off your ship to arrival at the Excursion Hub. Please allow time for very slow walkers or those needing assistance. We can not be held responsible for guests showing up late for their tours.

Availability

The travel products and services sold through this site are subject to availability. The Captain reserves the right based on safety of life and vessel to amend the voyage at any time and revert to safer waters.

We request that you carefully check the dates on your tour and to contact us immediately if these are not correct.

Our Guarantee

If a whale is not sighted on this tour a 50% refund on your credit card will be awarded. A whale sighting constitutes any single person sighting a whale while on this tour – the Captain excluded.

Cancellation Policy

Book with confidence, cancel up to two weeks prior to tour departure date: receive a full refund;

Cancellations less than two weeks prior to departure date will receive a  50% refund;

Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to departure date or no shows are non refundable.

Tickets for Events or Attractions are non-refundable.
